CpcU-II subfamily
Description
Present only in marine Synechococcus and in Cyanobium spp. Not formally characterized yet but it likely forms a heterodimer with CpcS-II. Indeed, CpcU-II sequences are most closely related to CpcU-I and they have the same phyletic profile as CpcS-II.
