CyanoLyase

RpcG family

Description

Fusion protein with C-term and N-term parts showing similarity to PecE and PecF but different function in vivo: RpcG attaches a PEB and isomerises it to PUB at cys-84 of alpha-PC. Found only in some marine cyanobacteria.
