CpcS-II subfamily
Description
Classification proposed by Shen et al. (2008) and Schluchter et al. (2010). This subfamily contain only marine Synechococcus and Cyanobium. Co-occurrence with CpcU-II in phyletic profiles suggests that CpcS-II form an heterodimer with CpcU-II .
Motif
A motif characterising this family is available.
