RpcG family
Description
Fusion protein with C-terminal and N-terminal parts showing similarity to PecE and PecF, respectively, but with different function in vivo: RpcG attaches a PEB and isomerizes it to PUB at Cys-84 of alpha-PC (Blot et al. 2009). Found only in some marine cyanobacteria (Grébert et al. 2022).
Motif
A motif characterising this family is available.
